These terms and conditions govern your use of danielcavalli.com and everything available through it, including books sold directly through the site, free tools and checklists, the Ask Dan question service, free one on one Zoom sessions and the email list. By using this website, downloading anything from it, buying anything through it or sending anything to it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site.
This website is operated by Dan Cavalli (referred to as we, us and our). You can reach us through the contact form on this website.
Everything on this website, in the books, in the tools and checklists, in the videos, in answers given through Ask Dan and in Zoom sessions is general information and education only. It’s drawn from experience and it’s provided so you can make your own evaluation. It isn’t legal, financial or taxation advice, it isn’t a financial product recommendation and it isn’t personal advice within the meaning of section 766B of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Nothing on this website takes your personal circumstances into account. Before acting on anything you read, download, watch or hear here, obtain independent professional advice from a qualified solicitor, accountant or other appropriately licensed practitioner who has considered your specific circumstances.
Books sold directly through this website are paid for at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe, a third party payment processor. We don’t see or store your full card details. Books delivered electronically are sent after payment is confirmed. If a download link fails or a file arrives corrupted or incomplete, contact us and we’ll replace it.
Blueprint for Making Millions is sold through Amazon. When you buy it, your purchase is made with Amazon and is governed by Amazon’s own terms, prices, delivery arrangements and refund policies, not by these terms.
This section applies to books bought directly through this website. Because digital products can’t be returned once delivered, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can’t be excluded. If a product is faulty or not as described, you’re entitled to the remedies the Australian Consumer Law provides.
The free tools, checklists and other resources on this website are provided for your own personal use. You can download them, use them and print them for yourself and your own business. You can’t sell them, republish them, distribute them, share them commercially or pass them off as your own. They remain our property at all times.
When you send a question or message through Ask Dan or the contact form, you’re asking for a general response drawn from experience. Any answer you receive is general information only, as described in section 2. Sending a question and receiving an answer doesn’t create any adviser and client relationship, engagement or duty of care.
Don’t send confidential, privileged or commercially sensitive information through the site. We can’t guarantee a response to every question, and we may decline to answer any question at our discretion.
One on one Zoom sessions booked through this website are free general business discussion and mentoring sessions. They’re subject to the same general information terms in section 2. Session times are as booked through the scheduling system. If you can’t make a session, cancel or reschedule through the booking system with at least 24 hours notice so the time can go to someone else. Sessions are offered at our discretion and availability is limited. Repeated no-shows may mean future bookings aren’t accepted.
All content on this website, including the books, ebooks, tools, checklists, text, images, videos and design, is protected by copyright and remains the property of Dan Cavalli or the relevant rights holder. Apart from the personal use permitted in these terms or under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), you can’t reproduce, republish or distribute any of it without written permission.
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use anything on it for an unlawful purpose. You agree that any information you submit is accurate and yours to give.
If you join the email list or provide your email when downloading or buying something, you consent to receiving emails from us, which may include information about books, tools, resources and offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and you can opt out at any time. We handle your email address in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This website links to third party platforms including YouTube, and uses third party services including Stripe for payments, Zoom for sessions and a scheduling system for bookings. We don’t control those platforms and we’re not responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your information. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
You accept that you’re responsible for your own decisions. Although great care has been taken in preparing the content on this website, we can’t accept responsibility for errors or omissions or for the results of decisions you take based on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or anything obtained through it. Where liability can’t be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the resupply of the relevant product or service or the cost of resupplying it, at our election.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time you use it is the version that applies. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.
